JAMES NEWTON HOWARD
Saying that a composer had a phenomenal year is pretty decent praise, but
saying that for composer JAMES NEWTON HOWARD in 2007 is something far
greater. One can go all the way back to 1985 and see that he has cranked out multiple grade-A
efforts each and every year. Most years he is worthy of
nomination for this Cue Award - but 2007 was a truly special year for
him. 2007 saw six major projects from the
composer, including MICHAEL CLAYTON which was nominated for and Oscar.
His other projects included: I AM LEGEND, THE WATER HORSE, THE
GREAT DEBATERS, and CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR, and THE LOOKOUT. |
